A study of the control system and process parameters of the filter thickener

An analytical study is made of the process parameters of the filter thickener through orthogonal experiment. Based on the result of the study,the control parameters of the thickener’s control system are determined. The preliminary design of the control system is now available. This provides a foundation for the future optimization of the thickener and further improvement of the control system.
