Design and application of the simplified coarse coal destoning jigging process

In view of the fact that the coarse coal destoning jigging process and the mixed coal jigging process are more or less the same in technological design,a simplified coarse coal destoning jigging system is proposed. The use of the system has led to the elimination of the coarse slime recovery and slurry thickening processes,simplification of process design,and cut-down of initial capital and operating costs.As evidenced by field application of the system at Muchengjian Coal Preparation Plant in Beijing,the operation of the system has yielded remarkable result,bringing in for the plant favorable economic returns.
