    A study of the DSP-based coal preparation plant belt conveyor comprehensive protective device

    • To eater to the needs for effecting real-time and dynamic monitoring of belt conveyor of coal cleaning plant,a comprehensive protective device with protection,measurement,control and communication integrated functions has been developed. It is a DSP embedded microprocessor based protective device capable of realizing real-time monitoring of belt conveyor with speed sensor,emergency stop switch,belt misalignment sensor,etc.,and performing data collection,protection discrimination and control functions by means of the TMS320F2812,a microprocessor with high-speed data processing capability,and the built-in communication interface. The comprehensive protective device can operate with a high management level and is easy to undergo later expansion. The development of the comprehensive belt conveyor protection device is of vital significance for enhancing the integrated automation level of coal cleaning plants.
