    Design and analysis of the coal cleaning process selected for use at Dongxia Coal Preparation Plant

    • With an aim to realizing the sustainable development of Dongxia Coal Mine and upgrading its coal products,work is made on the design of the coal cleaning process according to design principle,with the properly adjusted initial data of the raw coal produced by Chenjiagou Mine which is located in the same coalfield as the design basis. As evidenced by comparative analysis of the techno-economic data of different coal cleaning schemes,the process operating with the 3-product gravity-fed heavy-media cyclone as core equipment has its distinguished superiority over the others. The process selected not only makes it possible to obtain a more rational product mix,but also proves to be simple in flowsheet,low in initial capital cost and remarkable in separating performance.
