Analysis of the vibration of the main plant of coal washery and control measures

Various kinds of vibratory equipment are fitted on each floor of the plant of a coal washery For this reason,in structural design of the plant,clue notice should be taken of the dynamic loads of largesized power equipment and the vibration thus induced,and it is imperative to carry out vibration analysis and dynamic computation of the entire plant and its key positions. On the basis of the result obtained,the anti-vibration performance of the plant structure can be improved for ensuring the safe operation in the future. According to the relevant principles and dynamic computation,the anti-vibration design of the main plant was made for Ronghua Lijing coal washery,Jixi City. Since the plant was put into service in 2011,up to the present,the plant has experienced no vibration-induced troubles.
