    R&D and application of the large-size forced synchronous circular vibrating screen

    • The conventional circular vibrating screen suffers from the drawbacks of being small in screening area and low in vibration intensity. To cope with this problem,a large-size forced synchronous version is specifically developed. The paper presents an introduction to the key technical points of the machine,including,among others,technical parameters,manufacturing materials,structure of screen frame and selection of structure of vibrator,as well as a general description of the screen and an analysis of its performance in field application. As compared with ordinary circular vibrating screening machine,the vibration and material motion velocity of the novel version are 42 percentage points and 40 percentage points higher respectively. In field operation,a 1 100 t/h-capacity 2YAQ3673 large-size forced synchronous circular vibrating screen can maintain a trouble-free operation of 18 hours per day with a screening efficiency of 92%.
