Evaluation of the performance of the FX-12 dry cleaning machine

The raw coal is less amenable to wet cleaning in Cuijiazhai Coal Washery for the reason that the dirts in raw coal is liable to get degraded in water. Therefore,the FX-12 dry cleaning machine is used for ash reduction and upgrading of raw coal. The paper presents an introduction to the machine ’s structural design,working principle,technical features and parameters,as well as an analysis of the properties of the raw coal treated at the plant. Lastly,an assessment of the separating performance of the FX-12 dry cleaning machine is made according to the product quality and the relevant state standards in practice in coal industry.
