Technical reform of the washing system at Ganbazi Coal Washery

The trouble with Ganbazi Coal Washery is that the production of the grade-A clean coal is low in efficiency while that of the grade-B clean coal is high in cost. Based on the result of the analysis on the existing operating conditions,another grade-B coal washing system capable of concurrently treating power coal is added,and the corresponding washing process is determined according to raw coal property. Finally,the SKT（ FZ）-12 compound vibration jigging machine is selected as primary washing equipment.The operation of the technically feformed washing system has met with good result,with the yield of the＞ 2. 00 g/cm³ density fraction in reflect reaching over 95%,well meeting the requirement for filed application.
