Analysis of the design of the four large-sized coal preparation plants in Xinjie Mining area,Inner Mongolia

All located in Xinjie mining area,Inner Mongolia,the four large-sized coal preparation plants,namely,Chahasu,Erlintu,Hongqinghe and Mataihao belong to different proprietors. Therefore,each has its characteristics when viewed from the aspects of product variety,design idea and project development mode. Following an introduction to the basic conditions of the four plants,comparison and analysis are made of the raw coal pretreatment system,coal washing processes,main equipment,product storage and outloading system selected for use by the 4 plants. After that the author goes to sum up the experience in the design of each plant and point out the insufficiency in the design of the 4 plants.
