Design and application of the fine-tuning type flow divider-regulator

The knife-blade sluice valve is a kind of valve most widely used in coal preparation plants for pipe flow cut-off, regulating and splitting applications. However, the valve is liable to get damaged in a short period due to frequent opening and closing operations. According to the specific needs, a fine tuning type flow divider-regulator is designed based on result of analysis of design requirements and feasibility study. Practice shows that the use of the valve can lead to not only a better control of pipe flow and proportion of feed medium, but also effective reduction of consumption of materials and maintenance time.
