    Application of the cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column at Huerxinhe Coal Washery

    • The cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column in current use at the plant is found to be low in performance. To tackle this problem, an analysis is made of the troubles from both theoretical and practical aspects based on collected data and field experience. Following an analysis of a number of data which is actually recorded in operation of the flotation column, such as consumption of reagents, product quality and yield, treating capacity, separation size, installed capacity, etc., the paper goes to sum up the experience gained in the operation of the flotation column. This is of reference value for the R & D, design, model selection and application of the flotation column.
