Abstract
The centralized control system of Matou Coal Washery is found to have the troubles of being low in anti-interference capability, inconvenient in switching over between local and centralized control and unexpected sudden stop of equipment. Following an analysis of the specific operation requirements, the work is made on the upgrading of the control system from a semi-centralized to an all centralized mode, through intensification of signal isolation, increase of the voltage of the secondary loop, adoption of fibre communication and realization of interference-free switching-over between centralized and local control modes. Practice shows that the application of the upgraded control system has led to higher anti-interference capability, much improved communication effect of the system and normal operation of all the washing equipment. This provides, therefore, a strong guarantee for the realization of high-quality high-output operation, reduction of labour force, increase of efficiency, energy conservation and reduction of energy consumption.
