Design and improvement of pipework in coal preparation plant

Piping lines are widely used in coal preparation plants and play an important role in transfer and conveyance of materials, connection of process equipment and switching-over of processes. Whether the piping lines are rationally designed or not exerts a direct bearing on the normal operation of a coal preparation plant. Work is made in the paper on technical renovation of the piping lines based on the code for design of piping lines, the result of analysis of pipe materials in common use, the experience gained in piping design, and the result of application of the piping lines under practical site conditions, so as to provide certain reference for design and optimization of pipework in coal preparation plants.
