Optimization of the coal slime cleaning process at Binhu Coal Preparation Plant

Binhu Coal Preparation Plant used to operate with an imperfect slime recovery system. An indepth study is,therefore,made on the characteristics of the slime treated based on the result of screen analysis and test on flotation conditions and flotation rate. Through the addition of flotation system,the yield of concentrate and the economic profit of the plant have been noticeably increased.
