A preliminary study on hierarchical management of equipment at Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant

In order to tackle the problems arising in management of electrical and mechanical equipment after upgrading and restructuring of coal enterprises,hierarchical management of the abovementioned equipment is practiced at Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant,and the equipment at different hierarchies are put under management and control with different intensities. The management method is worked out based on experience gained in practice of traditional management mode and through incorporation of sophisticated managerent means,with evaluation of performance of equipment as the core. The equipment performance evaluation is made by using qualitative and quantitative combined method. The implementation of this management mode has made it possible to realize optimal allocation of management resources,concentrate management resources on key equipment,and,hence,reduce the adverse effect on overall coal cleaning system in case of failure of equipment.
