Practice of technical remoulding of Jianxin Mine Coal Washery

The paper presents first some backgroud information on the necessity of making technical remolding of Jianxin Mine Washery from the point of view of raw coal property and the use of its products.Then,it elaborates on the work made on readjustment and comprehensive reform of the plant’s raw coal pre-treatment process,coarse coal washing process,slurry water treatment process and product storage and outloading system. The technical upgrading work has brought about favorable economic and social benefits for the washery due to optimization of product mix and upgrading of product.
