Design of the high-speed large-capacity belt conveyor for Wulantaolegai clean coal collecting-loading station

To cater to the needs for handling clean coal at the station,a high-speed large-capacity belt conveyor is developed according to the specific requirement,through optimization of the design and relevant operating parameters of an ordinary belt conveyor.Since the application of the large-gradient highpower belt conveyor by the end of 2014,a remarkable effect has been achieved,well meeting the desired design goal.The design provides a reference for the design and model selection of similar belt conveyor for loading stations in the future.
