Application of the intelligent blending bunker group charge coal anti-breakage and distribution system at Longhua Coal Washery

In order to tackle the problems encounted in the bunkering system,such as severe breakage of coarse coal and difficulty of manual blending operation,the system is renovated through the use of antibreakage and intelligent blending systems.The use of the renovated system has led to the decline of the rate of breakage of coarse coal by 6.88 percentage points,reduction of manpower and labor cost.Furthermore,the data relating to the coal level and charged level in each bunker can be indicated in a visual manner,facilitating,therefore,the operation of subsequent processes.
