    Design and application of the belt conveyor under the coal loading bunker S4 at Xiaoqing Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • The local marketing of the medium-sized clean coal is subject to the restrictions imposed by the inapplicability of the belt conveyor under the bunker S4.Based on the result of analysis of the operating conditions on site,a scheme for the redesign of the conveyor is worked out,and the conveyor is installed by following design-related procedures.Practice shows that the design of the conveyor can fully cater to the needs for rapid and timely loading of medium-sized clean coal.In 2016 the volume of such coal sold to local users was appreciably increased,creating,therefore,a favourable economic benefit for the plant because of successful enhancement of flexibility in marketing of saleable coal products.
