Design and application of the intelligent coal conveyance equipment abnormal state early warning system at coal preparation plant

For improvement of the accuracy in identification of abnormality of coal handling equipment at coal preparation plant,an intelligent early warning system specifically designed for this purpose is developed.The intelligent system performs its early warning function through automatic selection of the threshold value of each individual feature parameter and multi-dimensional analysis.Practice shows that the application of the system can effectively identify at an early time the abnormal state of coal conveying equipment for guarding against its getting worse.This may help reduce downtime of equipment and maintenance cost.
