Study and application of the TDS intelligent dry cleaning machine at Zhuineng Haerwusu Coal Preparation Plant

The troubles of the operation of the plant are the noticeable increase of the feed rate of the shallow-bath heavy medium sepaxator due to reduition of the lower limit of the size of separation,the increase of the workload of the subsequent slurry treatment system and the inadequate capacity of the clean coal handling system.So,a TDS intelligent dry cleaning machine is added to treat the 200 50 mm lumpy coal.Practice shows that the use of the machine has led to decreased volume of the coal for treating by the heavy medium separator and much improved economic performance brought about by higher separation precision and capacity of the separator,higher calorific value and diversified mix of products,increased sales revenues and decreased operating cost.
