Application of the 3CDC 1500/1100 3-product heavy-medium cyclone at Changcun Mine Coal Preparation Plant

Because of the limited treating capacity of the plant,a heavy medium separation system is added with the 3CDC 1500/1100 3-product H.M.cyclone as the primary washing equipment.For assessing the operating performance of the system,test is made with a stand-alone cyclone.As evidenced by test result,the cyclone works remarkably well with the Ep values of the first and second stages being as low as 0.021 g/cm~3 and 0.028 g/cm~3 respectively,and an organic efficiency of 99.60%,and the product is consistent in quality.
