Coal mine underground raw coal crushers and their selection

The paper presents an introduction to the working principle and structural features of 4 kinds of crushers used underground—gate-end crusher,jaw crusher,hammer crusher and sizing crusher.In the light of the peculiar underground working conditions,rationalization proposals are made on the selection of the crusher suitable for use.It is proposed that the sizing crusher is the best choice for underground raw coal crushing operation for its special merits of being low in height,less in production of overcrushing material and capable of making strict control of product size.Its use underground is of vital importance to safety operation underground and smooth operation of the subsequent process.
