    Study on fatigue strength design of the driving mechanism of the JLT series movable-sieve jig

    • In order to verify whether the driving mechanism of the JLT series jig meets the requirement in fatigue strength design,a study is made of the mechanical characteristics of the driving mechanism in a working circle using finite element method,and then the fatigue strength of the mechanism is calculated based on the result of finite element analysis.As evidenced by study result,the maximum stress to which each part of the driving mechanism is subjected does not exceed its endurance limit with a safety factor greater than the allowable value.It indicates the driving mechanism is up to the requirement in fatigue strength design.
