Renovation and optimization of coal washing system for producing customized products

In order to cater to the diversified demands of coal market and customers,and in the light of the present status of and the problems faced by Zhangjiamao Coal Washery,work is made on renovation and optimization of the plant’s coal washing system and process,with an aim to producing customized coal products.Through addition of coal transfer,crushing and screening equipment,adjustment of screening size and adoption of optimized coal washing processes,it is made possible for the washery to operate with products that can flexibly adapt to the market demands,much beneficial,therefore,to the improvement of economic performance of the washery.
