    Practice of technical innovation of the coal slurry treatment system at Fangezhuang Coal Preparation Plant

    • The plant’s flotation feed is high in concentration and fine in size and is liable to get degraded in water.And what’s more,dewatering of the flotation concentrate is made with aged equipment.As a countermeasure,the direct flotation process is switched to a semi-direct one,through adopting optimum process design.And 4 solid-bowl centrifuges and 4 500 m2 rapid-open diaphragm-type filter presses are used for dewatering of flotation concentrate in place of the 4 aged disc filters originally used.The innovation thus made has led to effective reduction of degradation of coal,decrease of concentration of feed pulp,improvement of feed size consist,increase of yield of flotation concentrate,decrease of environmental pollution and improvement of economic and social benefits
