Product structure optimization effected at the coal preparation plant of Shaanxi Zhengtong Coal Co.,Ltd.,Zibo Mining Group

In order to tackle the problem relating to the over-limit of the size of raw coal brought up from underground,increased reduction ratio and reduced efficiency of the crushing operation of the coal flow system,an optimized scheme is proposed by the plant for the change of the crusher’s product size and reduction of reduction ratio.Practice shows that the implementation of the scheme has led to optimization of product mix,increased yield of coarse coal and improved economic performance.
