Technical development and application of the HW12 screen plate for sizing of raw coal at Tianhong Coal Preparation Plant

For solving the problem relating to the severe blinding of the raw coal sizing screen,extensive study is made on the technical approach to effect high-efficiency raw coal sizing operation.Based on the analysis of the varied vibration mode,amplitude,frequency and inclination angle of the screen,as well as the parameters with respect to the size,bulk density,moisture content,viscosity,concentration and adhesion ratio of feed material,the HW12 flexible non-blinding screen plate is developed.The use of the screen plate can effectively eliminate the blinding nuisance thanks to its capability to help enhance the exciting intensity and reduce the adhesion of material onto plate,this much enhancing,as a result,the efficiency of the sizing screen and the subsequent process links.
