Study of the scheme for appraisal of operational performance of a coal preparation plant operating in professional management mode

In order to enable the appraisal of the operational performance of the coal preparation plant operating in a professional management mode to be made in a more standardized manner,and in view of the characteristics of this kind of management mode in practice at other plants,the author clearly defines the points requiring attention at the time when a contract is made,gives a detailed account of the particulars for making assessment of operational performance,and points out the necessity of making modifications of assessment items according to the characteristics of different operating stages.
