Design of intelligent Donggou Coal Preparation Plant

In view of the low intelligent level of the plant,an intelligent system is developed at the plant by combining 3 networks into one,which incorporates the coal cleaning operation control system,video monitoring and control system,and scheduling and communication system.Application of the intelligent system makes it possible for the plant to realize automatic control of coal cleaning operations,automatic switchover of video monitoring and control system and automatic broadcasting of scheduling and communication system,reduction of workload of centralized control personnel and reduction of the number of working posts,well reaching,as a result,the goal of "increasing efficiency with reduced workforce".
