Tighten control of power consumption per ton of coal treated for improvement of economic performance of enterprise

Power consumption is an important economic indicator in coal cleaning operation.Given the treating capacity,the power consumption per ton of raw coal treated has a great bearing on coal cleaning cost.For further improving the economic performance of Matou Coal Preparation Plant,following an analysis of the major factors causing the higher power consumption,an investigation is conducted of the feasibility of reducing the power consumption from the following aspects: optimization of cleaning process,making energy conservation renovation,improvement of organization structure,innovation of management mode,etc.As indicated by statistical data,in 2016 the power consumption declined by 4.44 million Kwh compared to that in 2015 when no improvement measures were taken,much helpful therefore to cutdown of power cost and improvement of economic performance.
