A study on the management mode of specialized coal preparation plant operation enterprise

In order to further enhance the level of management of the Shaanxi Coal Chemical & Preparation Technology Co., Ltd., and the coal preparation plants operated by the company, a study is made on the most appropriate management mode that is well adaptable to the specific conditions of the enterprise, based on the result of investigation and study of the advanced coal preparation enterprises both within and abroad. Through building and practice of scientically rational operation mechanism, management system and 5 standardized schemes, as well as the adoption of a series of comprehensive measures, such as strengthening of the building of the units at the grass roots level, the management level of the enterprise is greatly enhanced.
