Experimental study of the method for measuring the vibration amplitude of the 2SCZ1030 double-mass vibrating flip-flop screen

    • The problem with the 2SCZ1030 double-mass vibrating flip-flop screen is that it operates with varying and unbalanced amplitudes. To address this issue, use is made of vibration transducers to measure the acceleration of each spring seat. The signals acquired are then processed by the processing program of host computer using numerical analysis software. After high-pass filtering and wavelet analysis, the signals of velocity and displacement at each measuring point are obtained for calculation of vibration amplitude at the measured point. Thus, it can be ascertained whether the amplitudes are balanced or not. The effect obtained in drawing the sine wave trend term in white noise signal demonstrates the effectiveness of the measuring method, and the use of the method can provide a technical support for maintaining the balanced vibration amplitudes of the 2SCZ1030 double-mass vibrating flip-flop screen in operation.
