Selection of the power coal intensive screening equipment

In order to further drop the lower size limit of separation and make optimum selection of the key screening equipment for use in power coal intensive cleaning process, the paper presents a detailed introduction to three screening equipment, i.e. flip-flop screen, high-amplitude screen and cross screen. Following that, a summary and comparison are made of the working principle, technical features, power consumption, maintenance requirements and prices of the above-cited screens, which may serve as a reference for the optimal selection of screening equipment for use in coal preparation plants.
