Renovation of coal cleaning system at Suancigou Coal Preparation Plant

Suancigou Coal Preparation Plant used to operate with a large output of coal slime and high medium consumption. To tackle this problem, work is made on the renovation of the plant′s raw coal pretreatment system and medium recovery system as well as the related processes and equipment, according to the operation, marketing and environmental protection requirements. After renovation, apart from elimination of the adverse effect on normal plant operation produced by coal slime, there has been seen reduced medium consumption, less wear of medium-draining screen, and noticeably favorable economic result.
