    Combined application of integrated coarse coal anti-breakage techniques at Liuhe Coal Preparation Plant

    • In order to increase the yield of coarse coal for attaining increase of production and economic revenues, a series of anti-breakage techniques and management measures are applied in combination in coarse raw coal and clean coal transfer, handling, screening, bunkering and marketing links. Practice shows that through the use of integrated techniques, the yield of coarse coal is much increased due to reduction of rate of breakage of coal in the abovementioned processes, with a drop of the rate of undersize of coarse coal from 18.98% to 5.20% and that of the undersize of smaller coal from 21.90% to 6.90%. The composite yield of coarse coal is 3 percentage points higher than that before renovation, well attaining the expected result.
