Renovation and upgrading of the centralized control system of Matou Coal Preparation Plant

The centralized control system in current use fails to meet the requirements of the plant. To address this issue, the scheme for upgrading the system is worked out, following an analysis of the plant′s existing operating conditions. Application of the centralized control-based integrated automation system has led to the enhancement of the plant′s automation and management level, increase of volume of raw coal treated, reduction of inactive energy consumption of equipment and save of human resources, and, hence, significant improvement of the economic performance of the plant.
