Study of the effect of pulp density on various performance indices in fine coal cleaning process

In order to reveal the law governing the effect of pulp density on various performance indices in fine coal cleaning process, industrial test is conducted using the flotation system of Panyi Coal Preparation Plant, so as to define the relationship between pulp density and each performance index. Test result shows that within the scope of the test conducted, the two factors assume prominently a linear relationship, and the 6 linear regression equations each with one unknown for quantitative description of such relations are high in reliability.
