Renovation of the coarse coal rewashing system of Chengjiao Coal Washery

Because of the limitations of the plant′s coarse coal 2-product washing system, the natural coke, a kind of intermediate product intergrown with coal, cannot get effectively separated. To tackle this problem, based on the result of analysis of the property of the natural coke, work is made on the innovation of the coarse coal rewashing system with an aim to turn the 2-product washing system into a 3-product one. Practice shows that in addition to the improvement of the refuse product storage and marketing links, the quality of coarse coal product is much improved, eliminating therefore the trouble of quality-related disputes.
