    Application of the multi-functional mineralization unit at Hongyang No.3 Coal Mine Washery

    • The plant′s flotation system is insufficient in capacity. To solve this problem, a multi-functional mineralization unit is designed based on the working principle of flotation column. It is used upstream the flotation cell for preprocessing a portion of the pulp, so as to ease the burden of flotation cell. Meanwhile, work is also made on technical upgrading of flotation system according to production requirement. Practice shows that the application of the unit has led to a rise of concentrate yield by a margin of 0.2 percentage point and a much higher operating efficiency of flotation system.
