Analysis of the characteristics of the design of Wenjiapo Coal Preparation Plant

Following an analysis of Wenjiapo plant's coal washing processes， process equipment selected for use and process layout according to the property of raw coal treated and the structure of product produced， the characteristics of and the experience in the design of the plant are summarized. In light of the state-of-the-art of screening equipment and the operating performance of the plant， the scheme for the design of local power coal plant is proposed. The proposed design scheme may serve as a reference for the design and optimization of washing system of similar power coal preparation plants in the same area.
