Study and implemenation of the scheme for reducing the moisture of final clean coal product of Huangling No.1 Mine Coal Preparation Plant

In order to address the problem relating to the high moisture of the plant′s final clean coal product, a targeted scheme is proposed based on the result of analysis of the moisture of the clean coal product currently produced. Practice shows that through making re-adjustment of the processing conditions, the moisture of coarse product and flotation concentrate can be reduced by 0.40 and 1.46 percentage point respectively, and the moisture of the final clean coal product can be controlled in a range of 8.21%~10.59%.
