Study and application of the medium flow splitting system at Tongxin Coal Preparation Plant

The troubles facing the plant involve a low rate of equipment capable of maintaining operation in the event whenever breakdown of any equipment occurs, and the high consumption of medium because of the trouble in operation of the qualified medium flow splitting system. Through remolding of the pipework and diversion mechanism of the splitting system, the utilization rate of each equipment and performance of overall coal cleaning system are noticeably enhanced, making it possible to effect significant reduction of medium consumption and ensure dynamic equilibrium of qualified medium in process system.
