Research and development of the elevator bucket-type electronic intelligent flotation reagent constant dosage controller

In order to effect automatic, timely and constant dosing of flotation reagent and tackle the problems encountered in the case of using micro electromagnetic or manually-operated valve, an elevator bucket-type electronic intelligent flotation reagent constant dosing controller is developed. The paper presents an introduction to the working performance of the controller as verified through laboratory-scale test. As evidenced by experimental result, the controller is high in control accuracy and well up to the requirements for automatic, timely and constant dosing of reagent.
