State-of-the-art of the application of coarse slime separation equipment in China

In order to realize effective separation of coarse slime, and in view of the current situation in application of the coarse slime separation equipment, an analysis is made in the paper of 4 commonly-used equipment-teetered-bed separator, H.M. cyclone, water-only cyclone and spiral separator. The analysis made involves the structural makeup, working principle, technical features and operating performance of each kind of the equipment, in a bid to provide a reference for making rational selection of equipment.
