    Analysis of vibration response of WZYT1600 horizontal vibrating centrifuge

    • In order to probe into the vibration response characteristics of the WZYT1600 horizontal vibrating centrifuge, modeling is made of the centrifuge based on multibody dynamics theory and throush the sue of Lagrange method, for making Matlab / Simulink simulation. Study result indicates that: the double amplitude of the primary vibration mass is 1.021 7 mm while that of the secondary mass is 4.587 8 mm, with a simulated result in good agreement with the actually measured figures; the exciting frequency lies in a range of 20-30 Hz; and the secondary mass vibrates with an amplitude greater than the primary vibration mass, demonstrating that the double-mass is in an ideal vibration state.
