Exploration on recovery and utilization of residual heat of spiral lobe air compressor at Madaotou Coal Preparation Plant

The scheme for effective recovery and utilization of the compressor's residual heat is proposed based on calculated residual heat volume available. Result of study indicates that the energy can be effectively used for heating bath water and as auxiliary heat source of boiler in winter. This may lead to reduction of coal consumption and emissions of pollutants and bring about considerable economic benefit.
