    Application of the 3510 flip-flop screen at Yangquan No.1 Mine's Coal Preparation Plant

    • In order to maintain and improve product quality of the plant, the scheme for washing unsized raw coal after extraction of coal fines with flip-flop screen is proposed following analysis of the raw coal property. Practice shows that when used for dry screening of raw coal at a size of 3 mm, the efficiency of the screen is 67.75%, which can fully meet the in-depth dry screening requirement. The use of the screen has led to reduction of moisture, increase of calorific value, and improved quality of products.
