Application of polyurea material for mine wear-and corrosion-resistant works

Following an analysis of the present status and problems encountered in application of wear-and corrosion-resistant materials at mines, as well as the special features of the spray-on polyurea material and its advantage in application, the paper presents an introduction to the application procedures, and the examples of its applications on such mine equipment as key parts of vibrating screen, drum of magnetic separator, belt conveyor pulley, agitating tank; collecting tank, flotation cell, spiral chute, spiral separator, conveyor belt, among others.
