    Characteristics of suction and mechanism of bubble formation of Jet-agitation integrated flotation device

    • In order to investigate the characteristic parameters of bubbles and bubble formation and control mechanisms, and develop the model of stabilization of flow field in flotation cell, a novel Jet-stirring integrated fine coal flotation device is developed. Optimum design of the device and the study of related structural and operating parameters are made respectively form the perspective of bubble formation mechanism and flow field stabilization mechanism. Test result shows that: with the increase of pressure and the spacing between the outlet of inner nozzle tube and the outlet of outer nozzle tube, the bubbles are seen to decrease in size with a highly concentrated and more uniform size distribution; the bubbles in Jet impinging section are relatively small in size with a reduced bubble size control capability.
